So the other day I was at Fiber Guild and I mentioned Knitted Knockers, the local cancer center could use them at Freeman Hospital. I was given the contact information for a lady. I will be willing to run any of them that you would like to knit up to the hospital, as long as I can get them locally. Knittedknockersusa.org has several patterns, has information on donating monetarily, and will take knitted knockers and distribute them as well. There are also several patterns on Ravelry.com for knockers knitted flat on two needles, knockers knitted on dpn's, and knockers for crocheters.
